Flame retardant digital printing on blackouts and dimouts

A more ecological and sustainable process

With our dye sublimation printing process we print on paper any design and layout you want, transferring your designs with a calender (heat press) at a temperature between 180ºC and 210ºC.

At high temperature and pressure, the dye is impregnated into the fabric and then solidifies in its fibres. The fabric is permanently printed, so it can be washed and has a high fastness.
This printing process is more environmentally friendly. Less resources are used because the use of dyes is more efficient and no water is used during the printing process. Our production process uses green energy from our auto-consumption photovoltaic system.

Printing on blackout and dimout fabrics such as Saten Dimout, Night, Linen, Flamme and sheers such as FR Ynside and FR Etamine.
